I've been trying to go completely vegan for a long time but cheese was always my weak point. Particularly parmesan on pasta dishes. This is a fantastic replacement for that, now my vegetarian spaghetti bolognese is completely vegan. The flavour is amazing, i actually prefer it to parmesan.
Plus, as someone who lifts weights, this is an awesome way to get some extra protein in!
