All products come with a standard 60 day money back guarantee unless stated otherwise. Please note, Shipping & Handling fees are non refundable unless a product is defective. Our taste test guarantee specifically does not cover any shipping and handling costs charged on an order.

HOW TO TAKE US UP ON OUR "TASTE TEST" & RETURNS POLICY:

Firstly, contact our customer service team by emailing support@gloriouslyvegan.com

If you have purchased a single item and require a refund due to personal taste preferences we will give a full refund minus any shipping & handling fees. At our discretion we may also offer an alternative solution (for example a product swap) that we believe represents a better value to our customers and the environment but you are not obliged to take such an offer.

If you have purchased more than one item in a multi-buy promotion and require a refund it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping and handling to our Texas facility for the unused portion of your order. It is required that you return all unused items and a refund will not be given if more than one package is opened per flavor. For example if you have ordered 5 bags of our Noochy Licious original we would expect you to return the 4 unopened packages and we will give a refund of the full amount paid.

We recommend you send unopened items with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the items within 60 days from the date you originally received the item, for the refund to be valid.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are not re-sellable at our discretion.
